01 Land & Infrastructure Property purchase and essential site development
Rapha’s TRUE NORTH Promise Land
Purchase the property for the future Rapha Retreat Centre.
What it supports: Property purchase, closing fees, taxes, transfer costs, legal expenses and other costs required to complete the purchase.
Master’s Plan
Build the essential infrastructure needed to operate the property.
What it supports: Road access, water, electricity, site preparation, security, fencing, landscape planning, parking, rebuilding the damaged dock and other major site-development work.
02 Buildings & Accommodation Main lodge, retreat cabins and pastoral residence
All Nations Lodge
Renovate the main 10,600 sq. ft. retreat-centre building.
What it supports: Counselling spaces, retreat programs, Deaf Home Church gatherings, accommodations, support programs, commercial kitchen, septic, water, electricity, heating, structural work and renovations.
The Renewal Cabins
Build eight peaceful A-frame retreat cabins.
What it supports: Eight private cabins designed for rest, reflection, healing, restoration and personal growth.
The Shepherd’s House
Create an on-site pastoral residence and ministry home.
What it supports: Development of a manse or dedicated residence for on-site pastoral leadership, spiritual care, guidance and ministry presence.
03 Programs, Access & Outdoors Accessibility, outdoor restoration, education and community programs
His Majestic Nature Creation
Restore outdoor spaces and recreation areas.
What it supports: Outdoor washrooms and showers, saltwater pool restoration, outdoor saunas, BBQ areas, yurt, kayaks, canoes, paddles and recreation equipment.
The Keeper’s Garden
Develop gardens, greenhouse and therapeutic areas.
What it supports: Gardens, greenhouse facilities and small-scale animal-care areas for therapeutic, educational and restorative experiences.
HIS Gateway to Access
Expand communication access for the Deaf community.
What it supports: Development of an accessible video-based support app, helpline access, ASL interpreting and other communication-access needs.
Discipleship & Stewardship
Develop education, faith and life-skills programs.
What it supports: Education, training, spiritual-growth resources, life-skills programs and practical service opportunities.
04 Operations & Future Sustaining the mission and protecting its long-term future
Jehovah Jireh — The Lord Will Provide
Sustain the daily operation of the retreat centre.
What it supports: Staffing, programs, utilities, ongoing services, administration, maintenance and operational needs.

Provide practical help and community care.
What it supports: Food support, family assistance, practical help, community services and care programs for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals and families.
